Help, from people who know the system.
Most questions are fastest to answer from inside your workspace, where we can see the context. If you cannot get in, or you are not a customer yet, use the form on this page.
Pick the one that fits you.
You use a Sois workspace
Raise a support ticket from inside the app. An admin on your workspace can open one, attach the detail, and follow the thread to resolution without leaving Sois. Your ticket reaches whoever runs your network. Ask your agent to open a support ticket, or find Support in your workspace settings.
You run a network on Sois
Your network admin portal has its own support channel straight to the Sois platform team, separate from the tickets your own tenants send you. Use it for platform behaviour, billing, deployments and anything about the network itself. Network portal, then Support.
Anything else
Locked out, evaluating Sois, reporting a problem with the site, or chasing something about your account before it exists. The form below reaches the support team directly. Or write to support [at] sois.ai.
Tell us what is happening.
And what you expected instead. If it concerns a workspace, include its address so we can find it.

Some answers are already written.
The FAQ covers pricing, data handling, and how the agent works. The documentation covers building on the platform and connecting your own AI client over MCP.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your workspace under Settings, then General, then Delete account. If you cannot sign in to do it, ask us here and we will handle it.
Your data rights
Requests for a copy of your data, correction, or erasure go through the data-rights form, which records and tracks them properly.
Reporting a vulnerability
We welcome responsible disclosure. The security page explains how to reach us and what to expect.
